If you set this heater on high it will give you way too much heat for one bathroom, unless it is a bigger than average bathroom. I initially used it in my bedroom, but again, too much heat, so I now use it on the stair landing, which is open to below and it still manages to warm-up the space without the heat concentrating too much -I don't like warm spaces, I'm just looking the tone-down the cold, and this does the job very nicely... but I've gotten the same results from heaters a lot less expensive than this.
Two things to consider: it is NOT "quiet operation". The fan is actually pretty noisy I can hear it all the way down to the kitchen, when it's on I put on music to drown the fan sound.
Secondly, unless you screw it onto the wall, it will come off just by the fan vibration, and forget trying to use a hairdryer or any other appliance using the extra outlet, the hardware to hold it in place is just too flimsy. Since I don't want it as a permanent fixture, I found my own way to hold it in place (using an outlet cover -this actually works better the hardware provided) but I still put my left hand on it when I turn it on or off to keep it from jumping off the wall.

This heater is really fantastic! It mounts on a wall socket in just second, and is removable just as fast. We heat a 16 X 12 three season room with just one of these heaters! They are a little noisy on high, but once the desired temperature is reached you can turn it down to a lower setting, and maintain the rooms temperature with less noise!! I would definetly recommend this heater!!Best Deals for Seabreeze Off the Wall ThermaFlo Bathroom Heater
I agree with the Jan 18, 2005 review; the heater does not stay in the wall outlet. It falls out when you turn the knob to turn it off/on or after a few seconds on (from vibrations). It was our second time purchasing this model; the first one from a couple of years ago did not have this problem.Honest reviews on Seabreeze Off the Wall ThermaFlo Bathroom Heater
I had doubts that this heater could keep our bedroom warmall night, but the gas company wanted $3000 to install a
wall heater. So we gambled on $50+ and installed the
Seabreeze. It took about three minutes to install it and
a couple of nights to find the ideal temperature setting.
Now it quietly holds the room at a comfortable temperature
all night.
This would have received five stars except for the thermostat,
which is a bit temperamental. Sometimes it would turn on the heater immediately after setting it manually to a position which turned it off.
