This is the second one we've bought, because we liked the first so much. It's good for small rooms. Dependable thermostat. It's not super quiet, but not terribly loud, though I wouldn't want it running when trying to watch TV.

It warms up well. It's kind of weird to use so follow the instructions because it may turn off automatically. I would NOT recoommend it for the workplace, though. It's very very loud.
