I bought this heater almost a year ago from camping world to have for our motorhome. I brought it in and set it up in the house and started using it, liked it so well that we used it in the house all last winter. I started it up already this year as it has dropped below freezing and it kicked off and runs like new!
We have an older quartz two tube heater and have it toward the back of the house and this wood cased Comfort Glow up in the living /kitchen area. It has been windy and overcast some days and cold at night and the central unit hasn't been turned on yet. This unit and it's remote work well, the fan is smooth sounding with no whines or dragging while starting or stopping and cabnit is wood and very well made.
I am ordering another just like it as it doesn't seem to use much electricity, so we can keep the propane fired central unit from running much this season.
As well as this heater runs starting in it's second season, I feel like it will be running great for many years.
The only con: I had to get used to the digital readout setting as sometime it needs readjusting to get the comfort level set just right.
In all, this unit overshot my expectations and until it proves any different, I would reccomend it to anyone.
