I bought one of these last year and am so satisfied with its performance that I just purchased a second. We had a warm winter on Long Island last year and I was able to rely on the Comfort Furnace almost completely to heat my large apartment. I kept it downstairs in the living room, so the bedrooms upstairs stayed a bit cool. It doesn't look like we are going to have such a mild winter again, so I purchased the second for the upstairs.
I read somewhere that the heater only costs about a $1.20 per day to run and I would say that is approximately accurate based on last winter's electric bills. It has to be cheaper than burning fuel oil at $4.00 a gallon!

This 1500 Watt heater works very well for me I use one downstairs of a 2500 Sq ft. home and it is perfect for supplemental heat. Hardly ever need the Gas furnace. Electric bills hardly ever go over $150.00 a month. Normally about $125 in the winter. Great product,I just purchased my 3rd one for my business. I think they are as good as the other namebrand Edenpure. this is the best heater out there. already had 6 of them decided to do the whole house and work . i don't use oil anymore . big savings
