Heater worked great and was very quiet, for a while. I was specifically looking for a heater with lower wattage than the majority of the heaters on the market because I didn't want to overload the circuit I was going to plug it in to. I ordered two of these heaters, one came broken-don't know if it was caused in shipment or not, but I returned it and got my money back right away. The one I kept, puts out tons of heat, however there is no fan on it, so the heat goes straight up. I use it in the bathroom and it really heats up the bathroom. I also sometimes use it to supplement the heat in the bedroom and it helps alot. Live in Colorado and it's COOOOOOLD right now, so very glad to have this little thing. Wish the other one wouldn't have broken. ;-)
