Bought for seldom used bathroom because it was big enough to fill the hole left by the original fan. Wires in bulb connector started shorting near end of warranty. Replaced bulb thinking that was the likely trouble but wires pulled out of connector during bulb change. Solution offered by customer service was to buy a new unit and swap out the wiring. That is what I did, but not thrilled to buy two units in 13 months. I'm a lifelong contractor.
