My friend purchase a small infrared heater (we live in Maine and in very large old houses)I used her heater for a few days & really liked it. So I researched on line to find the best & most recommend heater of that type.
I really like the extra features on the Heat Pure and when I went to purchase one...I found that almost everyone was sold out of them.So, I came back to Amazon & went threw their sellers & found ONE in NY city.
We really like it so do our pets.
Only thing I'd change on this heater would be the cabinet ,my friend's is solid oak.

I bought two of these, thinking they would be a great heater with a humidifier. I was wrong. I used the heater and humidifier every day last winter and my humidifier filter molded and cracked. I sent multiple emails to the company asking for a replacement filter. I even offered to buy one. The response I got every time: the filters are lifetime, we cannot help you. I even sent the company pictures of the moldy filter and still got the same response. I spent over $500.00 on their products and I have no resolution from their side. Yes. I took care of my filters. I would air them out. I would also use simple soap and water and let dry.I am so disappointed they cannot accommodate a customer with a new filter. Even after asking to simply buy a new one.
