Been searching for a car fan that works well for my baby. The air doesn't really circulate to the backseat and my poor daughter was dripping with sweat after a few mins in the car. I've tried several other clip on fans and they were pathetic. This fan has great power and i love that i can just plug it into the cigarette lighter. We would go through a ton of batteries otherwise. the clip works fairly well but i have add a bit of cloth in the clamp to keep the fan exactly where i want it.

bought this thing to help me stay cool in my truck without running the ac. I guess it worked for that but I don't use it. It's bulky and sounds like a the motor is going to explode at any time. You can get the same thing at walmart and save on shipping.
Honest reviews on Comfort Zone CZ6V Clip On Fan
My gmc terrain does not have rear air conditioning and I have a baby in a rear facing car seat so I needed something safe to keep the baby cool. Since I got this fan, I actually use my air conditioning less, it circulates fabulously and has quite a bit of power. The clip on the fan is very tight, I have the fan clipped onto a garment hanger clip in the cargo area so that it is facing my baby directly. Also since I got this, my 4 year old hasnt complained once about it being too hot in car. Previously after every trip to town my kids would be covered in sweat, not any more. I would say this works better than my previous ford edge that had rear air conditioning. The fan is a bit loud, however I dont notice it since its in the back and my 4 year old hasnt complained once about not being able to hear the radio. Besides the point was to keep my passengers from overheating and it is working better than imagined!!!

Works just fine, although it is loud as all heck. My big gripe is with the swivel and swing arm--both are suspect in design and quality. The bottom of the swing arm only moves on one plane, and even that is limited--you can tilt it back, but there is little to no tilt forward and there is no other movement available. That would be acceptable if the top swivel were more hardy. As it is, there is a ton of slop in the pivot, so the head of the fan kind of lolls around like a two week old baby. You can make this fan point to where you want it eventually, but there is a lot of twisting the clip this way and that and adjusting the pivot and swing arm so they are just so. When you finally get it pointed at your face, it's all good. It just shouldn't be as difficult as it is.
