Bought this item offseason for a good price and stashed it away for those chilly days in the office. Heats up my work area to a comfortable temperature. The oscillation is nice and can be turned off or on. It isn't bright like the other reviewer said, not too sure why you would stare into it anyways.This heater is so bright we tried to put it as far away as possible...which defeated the purpose! Would not buy this again
