Ok, I should have read the description more thoroughly before I purchased this. We predominantly eat brown rice and there are no settings or water levels on this rice cooker for brown rice. On the occasional times we eat white rice, it has cooked it fine. I would be nice to have a spoon rest on the side somewhere.

I was looking for a light-weight rice cooker for oversea travel (i.e., 220v) and this product seemed to be only one available in U.S. I brought it with me to Germany three weeks ago but after 5 uses it stopped working. I tried hard to diagnose the problem myself but could not figure out what's wrong the light would still go up but it just no longer heats up. This really sucks. I don't know who is to blame the product itself or the distributor (I bought it from Bombay Electronics. They shipped me an Arabic version even though the original web page said it has English manual...)

Bought this for sister studying abroad. It came in pink and was very cute. Although I would have been horribly disappointed if it was for a male. But it worked for me. This is the cheapest we found after searching through million sites.
