I received the heater yesterday and connected it. As I installed it I noticed one corner was damaged an little; apparently someone dropped it on the corner. Since I already had the box opened and the holes drilled to install I decided to not send it back, the damage was cosmetic. They provide a paper template for placing the holes, they matched the holes in the panel. I find the heater provided moderate heat in one of my basement rooms. It would not be much value in an uninsulated room, or a very large room.
