We needed an AC/Heat unit for a little over 400 square foot room in Southern California. It had to be 220 because our electric panel is maxed out. The unit cools nicely (installed on a 92 degree F day, room temp was 80 degrees F within 45 minutes and down to 77 degrees within an hour). For 8000 btu 115 volt it works surprisingly well. The unit was undamaged when receieved and arrived one day earlier than expected. I only turned the heat on long enough to test it so cannot comment on the heat efficiency.

The Picture shown is now correct, earlier pictures showed the more expensive chill seriers model that you would not have recieved
