This is my second winter for his heater and it will not run at all now. I would recommend to others not buy this product. I can not even find parts for it now. I guess they want you to take it in for repair which would probably be expensive, possibly more than its worth. two thumbs down

Of my current three units, the oldest is probably three years old and I just purchased our 4th one. Where I live (rent), the heat is just sucked out of the building in the winter and we have these scattered around the house supplementing the built-in systems since the heating requirements are so high. For those who have mentioned it only lasted for 'so long', I too had one unit burn out two of the four elements. Then I realized that other devices on the same circuit are causing overloads at the heater when they cycle or shut off. This is what caused the elements to burn out. That unit has since been repaired and I have put individual surge protectors on each one and have had no issues whatsoever.

I wish there was such a thing as a 0-stars, cuz this product would sure get none. I bought three of these space heaters 2 of them quit working the first year and the third one guit working the second year do not buy this product.

This is a great little greater for my mother in law who sits in a wheelchair all day watching tv. I don't have to run the heat. But .. My dog ate the remote and need one badly so she she turn it off/ on herself. Does anyone have one that they are not using?? Please email me at daisy2422u@yahoo.com. I can't find one anywhere. okey dokey nice expensive l;ittle heater worked for about 13 months then heating elements went out which according to manufacturer is regular thing warranty is for 1 yr so I had to pay 80$ for the stupid element bulbs

and repair myself next time I will just buy a walmart space heater for $20 that lasts 10 years
