-I've forgotten to turn it on beforehand...being hopeful I turned it on at the beginning of a one-hour massage and the towels were perfectly hot and ready by the end for me to use on my clients back
-arrived on time, no damage in the shipping whatsoever. packed very professionally and securely
-can easily warm up to 10 washcloth-size towels, wet beforehand, fold in half, and roll up
-mild warning: moist warm towels coming out of the warmer smelled funny to me. clients said nothing about the smell. it was not good nor bad, just funny. so after i wet them the next time, i added a couple drops of scented oil blend on the towels...they smelled wonderful !
-i highly recommend this towel warmer. the size is perfect for my in-home massage studio. fits on the bottom of a bookshelf.

I am giving this towel cabi one star because the towels come out too hot to use. There is no way to vary the temperature, so when I am using the hot towels in a massage session I have to take them out (hurts my hands it's so hot), shake them out to cool them for a while, and then I can use them. Not efficient. Then I'm always worried it will be too hot for the client, also. Total FAIL!
