We have one of these Samsung heaters at our business, and it does a great job. It heats and cools a modest sized conference room, about 250 sq ft. We chose the Samsung system for the appearance of the indoor unit. The room has a modern decor, so out of all the options available, we liked the looks of the Samsung Vivace. The indoor unit is attached to a small appliance (heat pump) that sits outside. The two are connected by a couple of small copper pipes and a wire. The outdoor unit has an electrical circuit connected to it. When running, both the indoor and outdoor units are VERY QUIET--this is another benefit. This model of Samsung has a great air cleaner, too. We are very pleased.
