Not durable: I bought this product only one week ago and used it three times, now it is broken already.

As to the not efficient part, I really don't have much experience with it, because I was only able to use it three times before it broke.

Here is my exprience:

1. A few pairs of socks and one short gown(after spinning): took one hour to achieve damp dried.

2. Two pairs of jeans(after spinning): after one hour, the top parts were completely dry, but the low parts were still damp. Not too bad. But the timer of the dryer broken during this time. I decided to put up with the broken timer, but then,

3. A short thin jacket(after spining): only after 5 minutes, the dryer stopped working completely.

This product is not refundable once you use it, and to exchange you have to pay for shipping fee and it is not worth the money and trouble to exchnage for another one, which may also break soon. So the best option would be DO NOT BUY IT in the first place.

This thing is junk. Total crap. It gave out the very first time I used it. Don't waste your money. If I could could give it less than one star, I would.

It broke within seconds of plugging in. never heated up. just threw it in the trash as this is where it belongs. Warning to fellow Amazon.com purchases...do NOT buy this product.

It is only good for the trash pile.

I can not say junk enough times. Assembly directions are poor, bag ripped while I was trying to put it together. The little heater worked so at least I got something for my money. Plese, save your money and find another way to dry your clothes.

I purchased the product because, I was desperate, and really needed something, that could be put away, because of the small apartment I have. I wasn't expecting much, and at first didn't want to use the over the door clothes dryer, but, boy was I surprised at the results of the drying, it even takes out wrinkles, and it dryed my clothes within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this product for anyone that has a limited amount of space. It's already paid for itself, I wouldn't trade this wonderful product for anything. Thank you, so very much.
