It was ordered through Electric Motor Warehouse. Orded on Moanday, Feb.1, 2010 and received on Thursday, Feb. 04, 2010. Pretty fast for standard ground delivery. The old induced draft blower fan bearings had become heavy. Shooting m/c oil helped for a couple of days till this unit arrived. All installing holes matched up good. Old motor had blac/white leads coming out of it. The motor on this assembly simply had two unmarked spade male connectors. I cut off the wire from the old motor and installed two female spade connectors. Polarity did not matter (it worked fine) upon connection :-). The direction of rotation was correct (clockwise when viewed from the motor end, as opposed to viewing from the shaft end). Although unmentioned in description, it came with a weatherstipping style. self sticking roll of gasket. Cut and stick on to seal this assembly against the body of the furnace (I have used cork gasket strips with black silicone with success in the past). The motor is open design with a fly wheel at the end. It had sufficient clearance from the furance door. There is a plastic adapter mating part to connect the outlet of this blower assembly to the furnace flue. This plastic adapter is not part of this (or any other blower that I compared). It needs to be re-used and tends to split easily upon pushing it on due to age/brittleness from heat. I used black silicone to fix it.
This was the lowest cost part when I compared several websites. Even Electric Motor Warehouse own website had 4 higher priced units as replacements. They all appear generic and similar. A local parts house wanted $250.00 for a simialr after market replacement part.
Old motor is a crimped sealed unit. Cannot be easily opened to R&R bearings. The squirrel cage set screw also appeared frozen or galled in place. Not worth repairing in my opinion. Recycled. Respectfully submitted:

This blower motor works the way its supposed to, the only reason I give 3 stars to it is because it took 8 whole days to get it and that is after paying almost $9.00 for shipping. This motor was to repair my home heater so we had to suffer a few days of cold weather. But it worked after we replaced it.I will consider other suppliers next time.

This replacement bolted up with zero mods for my Goodman 75. It came with the insulated tape to seal it to the manifold very considerate bonus!
