Well, no problem putting it on and replacing the old one. It makes the fan look like brand new. Getting another one to replace the one in the other bathroom. The grill really gets old and yellow after about a decade of use. Exact fit, replaced old discolored lens and grill after lens kept falling out. Looks great just like when heater/exhaust fan/light was initially installed.
