It does what it is supposed to do. I have a 30 feet by 12 feet wood shop and it keeps the building cool or warm. I use dust extraction so no problem with clogging it up. plus i clean the filter every week. A little medium pressure air from my compressor and the unit gets clean. I chose this unit because it runs on 230VAC. So does my dust extraction system. Now when I make saw dust it goes into a bag and not my lungs
The remote does work. I just dont have a reason to use it.

The product fit perfectly into a cement block wall, but we worried before we received it. Every online seller's description we found for it was different--by as much as 3 inches.
