I bought this to heat up my cubicle, and while it does heat up, it's rather noisy. It's a lot more noisy than I thought it'd be, even when I have it on its lowest setting. I wanted a discreet heater and it's definitely not that. I'll be taking this home to use in my bedroom over the winter, but will have to find another one for work.

Heater is small and works great.The main draw back for me was the fan is really noisey.
Don't expect to sleep much if you want this to keep your bedroom warm at night.

Great heater, only uses 750W compared to the normal 1500W. The only downfall is that it's a bit loud. Although I do have it in our babies room and he isn't bothered by it. I had a 1500w that I was using in an office environment. Every time it was plugged in, my office and 4 others would lose power because the heater was throwing the breaker.After looking online I saw this low wattage heater and tried it. Not only does it not throw the breaker but it has a high heat output for its size.

I bought this for my animals. I have several reptiles and their heaters weren't adequate during the very cold nights. I like that it has a temperature control, it will maintain the selected temperature, but it is just a dial with no numerical values. As in other reviews I saw that it was loud, it sounds like a fan.
