This is a standard thermostat for Cadet baseboard electric heaters. It is easy to install. However, the thermostat mechanism on the inside of the unit is very fragile and susceptible to being bent during installation. This is especially true when wiring for 240V using 10/2 with ground wire.
Make sure your supply wires and wire nuts are well out of the way when you mount this thermostat. If you have to push the thermostat into the enclosure to mount it, you will likely bend or distort its temperature sensing mechanism.
If you also want to make a junction in this heater (six #10 wires) for supplying electricity to another baseboard unit, forget it. There will be too many large wires, and they will very likely damage the thermostat. Make the 240V junction in a separate box before you feed the baseboard heater. Then take your supply off the junction box and wire the next heater.
