I purchased this space heater about 2 years ago for my office. This is by far the best space heater I have ever used. I've had absolutely no problems with this space heater. It works as well as it did when I first purchased it! I highly recommend this product.

I bought this heater about 1.5 months ago. It worked great for the first three weeks, and I was quite happy with it, but after that time it started making an annoying rattling sound when it started up. The sound would gradually go away over about 1 minute. Now, the rattling sound stays on the entire time the heater is on. Coincidentally, my roommate bought the same exact heater and hers does the exact same thing. Oh, and mine started sparking (!) lately too. That was the last straw; it went right back to the store for a refund today. WE used this model for years and years, then it finally died after a series of power outages and brown outs. So we went on a search to find this exact same model because we like how this one works out of all the others. This is one of the safest, and most effective space heaters I have used. Heats the room very well and has all the safety features. Small size is convenient as well. I would recommend.
