Pros:
Keeps our feet warm under our desk

Takes about 45 minutes to get fully heated up

Other thoughts:
We only use this with socks on or bare feet. There's no way it would keep your feet warm with shoes or heels on (as advertised).
It generates enough it to make the air a bit warmer under the desk also.
