I had not used a Crockpot in about 15 or 20 years because mine was one of the old ones that the crock cannot be removed and the size was pretty small. I have had this new cooker only a week and have used it 3 times. It cooks perfectly and is easy to clean.

I bought this one so I could make larger roasts, etc. I am very happy with it and I love to cook in my slow cookers. My problem is getting prepared early enough so I can really slow cook. There is a door to door frozen food delivery company that has some great dishes to put in the cooker frozen. I LOVE THIS CROCKPOT. THIS HAS BECOME MY FAVORITE PIECE. AS A HOMESCHOOLING MOTHER THIS HAD MADE MY LIFE SO MUCH BETTER!! the entire outside (the silver part) gets so hot you can not touch it, i returned it for a refund
