Just received this item & it is WONDERFUL!!! It was easy to set up, just a few screws, & was ready to go. I ordered this fireplace & also the Heat Surge Mini to help heat up our living room & TV room at night & save on fuel & it really helps, in fact the furnace doesn't run as much so the rest of the house is cooler! Was easy to assemble, just attach the casters, drawer handle & 2 screws to the fireplace insert & good to go!!! Took me 30 minutes, tops. I would definitely recommend this fireplace to anyone looking to help save on fuel! Is also very pretty to look at, mantle & the flames are VERY realistic!!! UPDATE (3-18-13): This heater has been a God send this winter. Not only has it helped with our fuel oil cost, but we live in an old farm house. Our furnace is almost 20 yrs old & has given us trouble all winter. It manages to go our in the middle of the night & during a blizzard. Our driveway is 1/8 of a mile & we depend on someome else to clean it. Wake up at 3:30 in the morning & it's 60 in the house. Kick on the heater & with in 30 min it's up to 70. Powerful little heater!!
