Living in California, where kerosene heaters are now banned from new sales, owning one left me high and dry when it
came to finding replacement parts. I found the ignitor that was broken doing a google search and now have a fully functional heater!
This was my first Amazon ordering experience and it went so well I've made this sight my first point of research!

Comfort Zone® Digital Electric Oil Filled Radiator Heater CZ9009 Review
Customer Ratings:

I purchased this model because it was the only heater I could find that lets you set a temperature. Most other electrical heaters are simply "low, medium, or high" heat. I wanted something I could set at 55 degrees for my garage and just know that it was working without having to switch it on and off. It's just like the thermostat on your wallset it and forget it.
The first unit I purchased did not work. There is a big sticker on it that says, "if unit does not work, DO NOT take it back to the store, call 1-800-xxx-xxxx" so I called the number. What a waste of time. They asked me when I bought it (an hour ago) and then told me to take it back to the store. That sticker needs to go.
The local store that sold me the unit is really good about exchanges and I tried out the replacement unit in the store before taking it home.
The unit radiates heat nicely. It is good for heating large spaces slowly and consistently. I read that "oil filled" units like this one are really just a gimmick. They aren't more energy efficient than non oil filled varieties but the oil does continue to radiate some heat after the unit has turned off, providing a more consistent heat during "on/off" cycles but does not provide energy savings.
When the unit is first used it does produce some smoke and odorthis is not uncommon for these types of heaters because the manufacturers put a protective lubricant coating on the heating surfaces to protect it during shipping. The fumes from burning this off is potentially toxic to birds. If you own birds you should run it outside or away from birds for the first few hours. This is good advice for any type of brand new device that gets hot.
Unfortunately, if the unit loses power (gets unplugged or the power goes out) it defaults to being OFFmeaning it will not turn on again until it is re-programmed. For this reason the unit cannot be used to heat an unattended location. Many people buy heaters and set them at 40 degrees to keep the pipes in unoccupied areas from freezing. This unit cannot be used in such a location as it can't be "trusted" to remain on.
If I could have found a different heater with 1) a temperature thermostat that 2) doesn't forget it's supposed to work after a power interruption, I would have. I would not buy another one of these units.
Pros: Programmable thermostat
Cons: Questionable reliability, defaults to "off" if power interrupted.
I'm writing this review because I'm about to purchase my second unit for one of our basement rooms that could use a little extra heat. We live in the Pacific Northwest which doesn't get super cold, but the dampness will ruin your house and furnishings if it isn't kept in check!
Don't forget to read the users manual so you know how to properly set the temp, as that's the only thing which isn't clearly evident. If you're reading this, I guarantee you can read how to set the temp in a jiffy!

Based on what I read, I thought this heater had a programmable timer that would allow me to set it to come on every morning at a given time and then shut offin a couple hours. The timer function is an extremely primitive couontdown timer that only allows you to set 1-10 hours before it turns on or 1-10 hours before it shuts off. You cannot have both active and you cannot set a clock timer for on or off. It works well enough, the description was just not complete and was a tad misleading.Best Deals for Comfort Zone® Digital Electric Oil Filled Radiator Heater CZ9009
Bought this heater two winters ago to heat a room in our house that isn't used often and doesn't have its own heat. This unit has kept the room at a regular 65 degrees two winters in a row. I appreciate being able to set the temperature and walk away. There's no 'high' 'medium' 'low' and guessing what temp is going to come out, I want 60 or 65 degrees, that's what I get. When guests stay in that room, they can have 71 degrees if they so desire and have been shocked at how quickly it heated up. I also LOVE the digital display.I'm writing this review because I'm about to purchase my second unit for one of our basement rooms that could use a little extra heat. Honest reviews on Comfort Zone® Digital Electric Oil Filled Radiator Heater CZ9009
I have other oil filled radiators that I use to supplement my heat in certain areas of the house as I do not have zoned heating in my 90+ year old house. I like the temperature readout on the radiator, however as someone pointed out in low light it is hard to read. I use a flashlight to check it. It arrived much quicker than I expected and with no packing issues. My only complaint, which is probably my fault for assuming all oil filled radiators are the same, is the lowest setting is 900 watts not 600 watts like the other ones I have. My other radiators have a 600 and 900 watt setting and with both on it totals the same 1500 watt max. You would want to use in a larger room to justify the higher usage. (my other ones are in bathrooms.)Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Comfort Zone® Digital Electric Oil Filled Radiator Heater CZ9009

Best American Comfort R4 1500W 9000BTU Heater Air Purifier Adjustable Deals
I just received the R4 yesterday. After carefully following directions on placement of unit, etc. this heater did no better than the $15 1500 BTU it replaced and it was only about a 1x1 foot unit. This was a total waste as it does not heat the 24x20 living room it was purchased for. The claims for this unit are largely embellished. Take it for what it's worth, folks.
It does a terrific job heating a room whether small, medium or large. I was impressed with the quality and ease of use. I would highly recommend this infrared heater to anyone. It will save us money during the cold nights not having to use the gas furnace. I look forward to being able to write more about it at a later date.

Full featured and so far does everything as advertised. We hardly use the central heating any more, unless weather is extreme and we have company staying over in a spare bedroom. First off, let me say that I would really like this product if it didn't leak, but it leaked water on the ground from day 1. I tried a few different things to get it to stop leaking, but each time I put water in it, the water would end up on the ground beneath the unit. Ended up having to send it back for a refund.Sunday, August 31, 2014

Works like a charm.
Connect the Heat Mat monitor's power cord into the wall, then connect the seedling heat mat's power cord into the monitor.
To set the degrees is very easy. Hold down the button "SET" until the numbers are blinking. Then using the up and down arrows, set the desired temperature then press the "SET" button again to stop the blinking. Also press down the "UP" button for 6 seconds for readings in Fahrenheit or hold down the "DOWN" button for 6 seconds for readings in Celsius.
There is a little wire with a plastic white tip that hangs from the monitor.
Push the white part into the soil for temperature reading.(Once temperature is set, do not be alarmed when your heat mat reaches its maximum temperature you set it to then the Heat Mat monitor temperature will go up and down 3 degrees to prevent over heating)
This is very helpful for starting seeds.
A few things some people would like to know:
These are set it and forget it thermostats. You put in the maximum temp (i.e, 90 or 92) degrees and this thermostat will automatically kick on if the temp gets 2 degrees less (88 or 90 degrees respectively). This means you are not going to get too much variation in the warm spot hide which is a great thing but you CAN NOT change this variance. I don't see a real reason you need to though.
The probe cables are perfect length and since they are designed for soil applications, they can be buried in substrate. They also have a suction cup if you need to monitor ambient air instead.
TIP: Though some people say you should bury the probe and it should make have DIRECT contact with the UTH, I tried this out and I didn't like it. I am more concerned with the overall micro-climate in the hide or on the surface of the substrate so I just let it lay level with the substrate. That way, if the snake is colder than usual, they will coil in the hide and will give the thermostats a reading that is cooler than the actual temperature. This means the UTH will kick on a little longer than normal and warm the snake back up to a nice temperature.
These thermostats are very heavy duty and can handle a large electrical load (1000 watts). Since most undertank heaters are 24 watts or less, you can definitely use this stat with multiple tank heaters. It has a three-prong connector on it and heavy-duty power cords/connectors.
There isn't a reason you can't use this with visible light heaters but I would imagine it would be annoying to have the constant on/off. Use it with ceramic heaters or heat tamp instead. For the visible light heaters, use a dimmer or proportional thermostat. The same goes for incubators. Get a proportional thermostat for your incub.
PS. Gave it 4/5 stars because it's not a proportional thermostat, but for the money you know what you're getting! Definitely recommend!!!
I only keep Eastern and Florida Kings now (with an occasional stray herp. I flip from a development site until I can get it a home) so it's range of function from 68 to 108 degrees is just right for my collection; the unit will shut off automatically if the heat gets about 108 degrees. Unless you get a defective unit this is pretty much idiot-proof.
Again, great product for a great price if it fits your needs.

I am using this mat to keep a constant temperature on my Kombucha brew. Using a standard heating pad, this theromstat does the job. I'm very pleased with it. I can keep the temperature at 79 degrees and not have to have a heating pad constantly on. Keep the suction cup clean so it doesn't pop off the glass and a thermometer handy to monitor the temperature.Best Deals for Hydrofarm MTPRTC Digital Thermostat For Heat Mats
Just like a few other reviewers on here, I bought these for my under tank heaters on my two python tanks. They are very, very effective at regulating the temperatures accurately. I compare the temps on this product with my digital thermometers and they work great.A few things some people would like to know:

This was just what I needed to keep my seed soil at a proper warmth to promote growth. When used in conhuction of a seedling heating pad, it makes growing from seeds a snap. It was easily set-up and easy to adjust as I added different types of seeds. It kept the seeding tray at a constant 81-86 degrees until my peppers had sprouted. Later it kept it at around 75 degrees. The click it makes when coming on and turning off is quiet and no disturbing to the conversation.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Hydrofarm MTPRTC Digital Thermostat For Heat Mats
I've used quite a few thermostats in my day, to include those specific for snakes that come from Big Apple Herps, etc. But this little digital thermostat is unbeatable for the price and what it does. I've calibrated it with two different, stand alone thermometers and it's been within 1.5 degrees at all times, and usually closer. For basic UTH use I haven't seen one yet that can match it for the price. I've already ordered 2 more and I've only been using them a short while. The true test will be in how long it holds up...if it does this is a secret ZooMed, Big Apple, Zilla, etc. don't want you to know about or else they will have to re-market some of their thermostats at this price range! It's designed for fish tanks but works great in a dry environment as well. I use it with two different UTHs and it handles both well.I only keep Eastern and Florida Kings now (with an occasional stray herp. This is a great kettle. I've used plastic electric kettles for years but with concern about plastics in the food chain, I purchased this kettle. The design makes the kettle very stable on the counter. Wiping the kettle down with a microfiber cloth will keep the brushed stainless finish looking fine. Instructions say not to use vinegar to remove scale that builds up in the kettle. I do it anyway as I have done in all kettles I've owned. Boil 1 part vinegar and 5 parts water in the kettle, let it rest for awhile, pour it off and boil a pot of plain water to get rid of vinegar and scale residue and kettle will run quietly and efficiently. Enjoy!
every time. It still works but is suffering from wear. The new one is better engineered: no port in the lid to emit burning hot vapor; the handle is positioned out of way of the steam.
update 4-19-2013 on and off switch failure under light use loss of quality from last one seeking alternative.
It's a relatively quiet, fast boiler, and is a handsome brushed steel finish. Be aware that the lid is a bit too snug, so you may need to adjust the tangs that hold the thing on (use needlenose pliers). It's attractive enough and stable on the base. To keep the inside clean, empty out the unit and stand it upside down with the lid off, overnight.
The fact that it's made in China is not itself a negative. It seems that most electric kettles, cordless or otherwise, do not live up to the reputation of their predecessors.

Severe disappointment. This is the second of this model in less than 12 months on which the on/off switch has gone faulty. It's not true 'Russell Hobbs' like the old British days -that name was sold off. If you boil water only two or three times a day, this might serve. I use it an average of once every hour to 90 minutes, and the switch is not up to the job. It's a relatively quiet, fast boiler, and is a handsome brushed steel finish. I purchased this heater to replace a Lasko ceramic heater which I have no complaints. The room I use it in has many windows and is over my garage that it not heated. Unfortunately this is my bedroom and it gets drafty and requires supplemental heat. The living pure heater heats evenly and I can use it at a lower temp than the Lasko. I enjoy the added benefit of the humidifier & purifier. It has made it easier to breathe and I dont need the ionic breeze and a humidifier that had to use. I use it about 6-8 hrs at night and I do need to refill the water tank daily. The timer feature is nice too. I dont know if my electric bill will be less but I am using 2 less products and dont use this as many hours as the previous heater.
What is important for this heater to work, at least for me, is the humidifier. Water vapor carries the heat so the small amount of humidity helps spread the heat throughout the room. If you don't use water, then it doesn't feel like the room gets warm at all.
It is overpriced. If the heater was around $120 or so, that would be a good price. But for over $300 it is too expensive for what it delivers. If I could return the heater for a full refund without having to pay for shipping, I would.
I bought a Vornado heater that seems to work a bit better. Although it doesn't have the UV air purifier or humidifier, it actually blows warm air, which in essence is what everyone basically wants to feel.
Bought Three:
1. First one opened, then Power switch is broken
2. Open 2nd one, the top lid is broken where it is attached via screws. Plus the Side Door is not attached, popped out.
3. 3rd One, one of the four wheels is broken. Also the side door also popped out.
It was a bit difficult, but I managed to pop back in the side doors for both.
Thinking that I bought it new, I should not have a problem getting help from Woot (where I bought as brand new items). However, Woot said that they don't have any in stock to replace the purchase, and I have to call the manufacture.
I called the Manufacture, they told me that I have to ship them back (which is fine). However, I have to pay for the ship cost to ship to them, and also pay the shipping cost for them to send the 3 heaters back to me. Now, I just bought them brand new, and received them as broken items, I am really upset that I now have to put out additional $$$ to have them replaced (for all I know, the replacement might be just as broken one way or another).
If this is an indication of their confident in their product, I will never buy another item made by Living Pure.
(side note: Also, I would not buy any expensive items from WOOT again since they do not any responsibility for defect on arrival).

I ordered this heater thinking that it would work great. Is it just okay. It does work and it gently warms the room. There is no fan, no air blowing out of it. Just passive heat. When you order it, what you get isn't a model 8756, but rather model 9000; so I wish Amazon would update the item description. I don't know whether a fan actually exists inside the unit, or whether mine is broken. This product quality is poor. Parts needed for installation were missing from the box.
The craftsman ship is poor, fit and finish is not professional at all.
I've purchase heaters like this before at Lowe's for $10 more and the fit and finish was first class.
To much money for what you get. Thats why only 3stars. If the heating elements were put in straight and the protection grill was fitted correctly I would raise the rating. However because I had to take it a part and put it back together correctly 3 is all.
On the positive note -Heater works as it should so far.

The first order came in damage. Amazon shipped me another one next day at no charge.
The Drain Pan fix Water Heater greater than 75 Gallons.
I need a large Drain Pan and Amazon had it and it was the least expensive.
Both Lowes and Home Depot do not stock this size.
Thanks,Product arrived in a timely fashion and is of decent quality for the money (cheaper than buying in home depot). Many of these are plastic and cost as much. We like this one just fine.

This Electric Kettle is quite simple without any frills. For the price, it does what it claims to do. It boils water quickly , the water level is easy to see and has the auto-shut off feature. I have used it reliably to boil water for tea, oatmeal etc. The water is quite hot, so use caution when pouring it out. The lid , can sometimes be hard to close & open.
P.S -Terrific on snowy days when the kids come in and want hot coco...FAST! (Makes one feel like SuperMom for the rare second or two!!! )
Despite boiling and dumping out the water a half-dozen times, the water itself STILL tasted like "plastic." Ick. As a tea drinker, the quality of the water is key. Also, I found the general shape difficult to handle, the lid was hard to open, and when gently pouring the water it consistently (and dangerously) sloshed out the sides near the spout.
Anyway, I ended up giving this one away and buying an additional Bodum electric kettle for the office. It's working great, just like the 10-year-old Bodum I take traveling. (I think it's also interesting to note that the classic, no-frills, usable design of the Bodum has remain unchanged in the past 10 years Hey, if it ain't broke, don't 'fix' it.)
My concerns are two fold. First, the sides do get hot. The handle remains cool, but I would not trust small children to be near it. Second, for the automatic shuttoff to work, the lid MUST be snapped closed. It will continue to boil if the lid is not completely closed (the instructions do state this). This is why I only gave it 4 stars.
It took me 7 minutes to boil (to auto-shutoff) a full pot (4 cups). The minimum (1 and 1/2 cups) took 2 min 50 sec.
It is supposed to be a 1000 watt heating element. Measuring it with a "Kill A Watt" meter, I found it actually used only 850-880 watts.
Update January 2013: After more than 7 years, this kettle is still in use boiling a single cup of water at my work approx 4 times per week. That is over 1000 uses. A few times the detachable cord was not in all the way, and when I turned it on, the on light did not turn on. Simply pushing it in fixed It. The heating element does appear to have some wear, as its got a few pitting marks. This is to be expected. Other than that there have been no problems. I would still rate it 4 stars.
great deal, i recommend it.

I first became hooked on electric kettles when traveling in the U.K. and have kept putting off getting one. This is perfect for my six (O, heavens did I really say six!) cups of tea a day. Faster than the microwave (only because its actually boiled and hot) and no worrys about...did I leave the stove on as it has a brilliant auto shut-off. It even stays plenty warm enough to top off the first cup of tea. I love it, am only sorry it took this many years to indulge my self with such a simple product!P.S -Terrific on snowy days when the kids come in and want hot coco...FAST! Have used the Bodum electric kettle for travel for years, but decided I'd purchase this Proctor Silex for the office since it was a few bucks cheaper. This is a nice little electric tea kettle. It requires that you heat at least 1 and 1/2 cups of water because of the submerged coil. I especially like the detachable cord.My concerns are two fold. if you've read a few complaints about how the water smells or tastes "plasticky", i found that it truly smell this way for about the first 10 boils of use, but no difference in taste that i can tell. after a while, the smell goes away. other than that, no problems. it boils a full liter or more in about 3-4 minutes with an automatic shut off which is handy. so far, seems like a great product. i've used this for about 6 months now with im sure over 200 cups of tea.great deal, i recommend it.

Review of Axium WHTF250M1 Electric Portable Orbital Oscillation Space Heater
I bought this for my small office and wish the return shipping was so expensive or it wouldnt be here. It doesn't put off any heat but rather a very noisy circulation of air. In fact the noise bothers my co-workers.
A waste of money.

I bought this thing about 3 weeks ago and it's already blowing cold air. In the three weeks I had it, it was doing OK, but suddenly even the high setting won't blow nothing more than a semi-warm draft. On low, it's nothing more than a room fan, no heat at ALL. Get something better if you need to warm a room. This heater is priced in the same vein that "you get what you pay for".A waste of money.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program This machine is ready to use almost right from the box. You need a phillips screwdriver for 3 screws and everything else snaps into place...perfect for the Mechanically Challenged such as ME. My sweetheart says; "There must be more to assembly", yes... it is that easy and the Alpha Male is disappointed that it does not take hours. The quick start instructions are perfect and have step by step pictures (that made me happy) and note the screws are taped to the handle so please don't go through everything again and again looking for them....Bissell thought everything out and made this EASY.
We started up the machine and worked on a dog urine stain, and this machine does as promised. Actually, it works as good as the professional cleaner we normally rent. It is easy to move when cleaning and the unit is self contained. The solution smells good too. There are tools for steps and furniture, and I don't believe I would any more than what is supplied. I like the fact that the water heats contineously. I have 3 dogs (yes..I am dog crazy) so we will use this quite a bit.
In the future I will update this review as I am eager to see if all this dog hair does not clog the machine. The instructions do say to vaccum ahead of cleaning and we have a Dyson Animal Hair vaccum (also recommend to all pet lovers).
SO far this is a great product....Highly recommend.
Update: We cleaned all the carpets downstairs, our family room has the highest traffic from dogs and people, it was really dirty but looks great when we were done. We worked on a few stains which are resolved. The hot water seems to enhance the cleaning but the cleaning solution does seem to go quickly, so stock up. When we went to put the steamer away, there was dog hair still laying within the front part, I used a wire, hooked it and the hair was removed easily. My husband thought it would be better to unscrew the front and remove it, 20 minutes later he was done. I suggest the wire method, also clean this unit completely before putting away and it should serve you well for a long time.
Update:10-14-13...My brother borrowed this machine and when he brought it back he said he told his wife to go buy one. That's how impressed he was with this machine. BTW...he lives on a farm and all the dirt that goes with it.
Very happy with this product.
Overall, this cleaner did an excellent job.
Pros:
-Easy assembly. Three screws for the handle, one for the upper hose reel and you're done in less than than 10 minutes. Everything else slides/snaps easily and relatively intuitively into place.
-Detailed user manual and full color quick start guide.
-Good water management system. The water tank consists of an exterior hard plastic tank with an integrated soft inner bladder. You fill the bladder with hot top water, and the cleaning process returns the dirty water into the hard exterior tank (which you empty).
-Cleaned very well. Look: in real life, the difference is never going to be as dramatic as in the marketing pictures. But we had some definite problem areas that showed residual staining even after multiple treatments with various cleaners and spot removers. This machine took care of those, as well as some ground-in soiling from where an HVAC crew had worked to replace a heat pump two years ago.
-The cleaning tool extension worked well on carpeted step treads.
Keeping this machine from five stars:
--no real good way to tell when the fresh water bladder is empty (and several times it was empty before I noticed). So you'll need to check often as your work proceeds.
--the tool hose is for use with both furniture and stairs. As a stair tool, it's only long enough to reach about halfway up/down a typical 13-step staircase, so you'll have to plan your work accordingly. Expect to either carry it over your freshly cleaned --but not yet dry-treads (or carry it all the way around the exterior of your house if you have exits at both levels).
Finally: this ships with enough Bissell 2X concentrate cleaning solution to fill the reservoir (in a water/cleaner mix) one time. My local Wal-Mart doesn't carry this, but does carry a 2x concentrate for carpet cleaners by Resolve; the Resolve brand is marked for use with Bissell cleaners and works just fine (even though the user guide says "Bissel brand cleaner only). Just make sure you have enough hand when you start. I got about 800 square feet of carpet cleaning with a single reservoir fill-up. FYI, the Bissell product has slight citrus scent when first applied; it rapidly dissipates.
Let's start with the positive aspects:
The Bissell effectively removes even very tough stains, spills, dried in mud and so on from carpets; we have small kids, so the carpets usually have a mixture of chocolate, milk, crayola color, mud, dirt, squashed blueberries, and all kinds of other things in them after a while. This all is not a problem for the Bissell to remove completely a job normally done in our house by professional carpet cleaners (quite) regularly.
That's it. Nothing more positive everything else about this thing sucks.
I am only listing the most major annoyances, design flaws, and handling problems here I already spent way too much time on this thing to write about every little detail that generates hassle and frustration ...
First and foremost, after cleaning the carpet, you need to clean the Bissell for which you basically have to disassemble the whole unit, to get the dirt out of all the numerous nooks and crannies. And some of those are virtually inaccessible, so you spend easily twice the time trying to remove the dirt from the Bissell than it took this thing to remove if from your carpet.
Then, it runs through the cleaning solution like there was no bottom to the tank. This will get very expensive, if you plan to clean more than the occasional spill with it.
Then there is the issue with filling the water tank it has a very narrow opening, and since it is so long, it is next to impossible to do that in the sink. So you have have to do that in the bathtub every time.
Then, of course, to clean this thing, you also have to use the bathtub, because it will not fit in the sink. Too bad, that during the cleaning of a regular carpet, so much of the carpet finds its way into the Bissell, in form of clusters of "carpet hair", that it will invariably clog your bathtub when you clean it there. So, better hose it down outside in the garden good luck with that during the winter months.
Furthermore, the much touted Surround Suction functionality is a mere advertising gag it does not add any benefit to the cleaning function, and the same goes for the hand tool, which just does not generate much suction at all.
To sum it up if you are patient enough to accept all the big and little flaws of this Bissell, you will get a machine that effectively cleans even the most hesitant dirt out of the carpet. But I have neither the time nor the inclination to put up with that kind of annoyances I'd rather give the money to a professional cleaning service once in a while and have no hassle with it.
First time I used the Bissell Pro Heat, it worked like a charm. No problems as some of the other reviews indicated and as expected, I got wads and wads of black dog hair to show for my efforts and a delightfully fresher apartment. For two days. At that point, a completely-out-of-character case of intestinal distress struck the dog and she began leaving the Bissell and me with all kinds of challenges. Over the following week, I had multiple opportunities to use the Bissell and I can safely say the Bissell Pro Heat 2X Pet System continued to come through like a champ; after a couple times taking it apart and putting it back together for cleaning purposes, I'm kind of a champ at that, too, I guess. The only hangup I have had is with the brush assembly which has a two belt system--one large and one small. Never have figured out how to get the small belt back on, but it seems to work on just the larger belt.
I am quite satisfied with this machine; for anyone buying it, just read the directions, read the reviews and work with it a little. (and try not to let the small belt come off.)
It does a great job! You can see the dirt being sucked up. It's amazing how dirty carpets can be that look relatively clean.
The only downside that I've experienced is that the water and cleaning solution doesn't last very long. I have a small area of carpet to clean and I have to refill the water and cleaning solution once while I clean. It's not hard to do but if you had a lot of carpet to clean, be prepared to refill the tanks at least a couple of times.
The ease of use is very good. Fill your tanks and press your trigger to spray the water/cleaning solution and vacuum like you would with any vacuum. It is much heavier and bulkier to move around than a regular vacuum but it rolls easy and works well.
My carpets are clean and smell fresher so I'm definitely pleased with my purchase.

Customer review from the Amazon Vine Program I selected this machine specifically to remediate some of the long-term effects showing on a light-colored Berber carpet in our basement. Installed five years ago, it has endured the cumulative effects of three geriatric cats (who often had trouble keeping their dinners down), three rambunctious dogs, the comings and goings of several crowds of autumn party-goers, a sweet 16 party, a couple of New Year's Eve soirees and some on-again, off-again jam sessions with groups of teenage and young adult musicians. Bottom line: we had an excellent 800 square foot test track to work with.Overall, this cleaner did an excellent job.

Honest reviews on BISSELL PROheat 2X Pet Deep Cleaning System, Blue Illusion, 9200P
Once I decided to buy a carpet shampooer, I started reading the reviews and saw there were some mixed ones about the Bissell Proheat 2X Pet Deep Cleaning System. Of utmost concern for me was the ability of the shampooer to adequately clean up after my black laborador. We had an old canister-style Bissell steam cleaner and wanted one of the newer upright vacuum-style ones. I choose the Bissell Pro Heat 2x Pet. It's so much easier to use than our old one. You fill up a bladder in a tank. Fill the bladder with hot water and as it cleans, the dirty water goes in the plastic tank around the bladder which contains the clean water. There's a smaller tank in the back that the cleaning solution goes in. Just pull a trigger and the Bissell sprays water and cleaner, the vacuum sucks it back up with the dirt. You can use it either for floor cleaning or through the hand tool to use on upholstery and stairs. It does a great job! You can see the dirt being sucked up. It's amazing how dirty carpets can be that look relatively clean.

I am very happy with the finished product. It looks a little better in real life than in the pics--looks more expensive than it was, especially considering that it is one of the least expensive offerings of this type of product on Amazon. Has a few glitches though. The one horizontal bar across the front that helps to frame the fireplace was too long, and I spent some time with a couple of sheets of sandpaper to get it to fit. Also, it is supposed to be a media center as well as a fireplace/heater. However, the instructions make it very clear that the heater insert needs to be on a dedicated circuit. Therefore, you need to have an electrician put in a outlet just for the fireplace, so that you can use your other outlet for your electronic media. It really does heat well, though, so for me that will be worth the expense. Make sure to measure your space, since this piece is bigger than it looks.

Discount TPI Corporation HF685TC Fan Forced Portable Heater, 4800/3600W
I had one of these heaters before and i lasted about 10 or 11 years. That is why I purchased the same type.
I would buy it againOk, where do I start? First this thing requires a 30 amp circuit. For you who don't know 30 amps is what a clothes dryer or a welder uses. High voltage! Which is fine but I doesn't put out that much heat! It heats a 2 foot x 2 foot area to about 80 degrees. So if it is right between your legs it works great. I had high hopes for this heater, especially because its made in America, but it was a big disappointment. I am trying to return it now. Hopefully all goes well there.
