Cheap Ace Hardware- Pro Com Ml100hpa Two Plaque Lp Gas Wall Heater
I think I would have been happy, if they had said this does not work over 4500 feet, but they didn't.... I purchased it, then found out that you need a "dual regulator", "100 pound propane bottle", etc. then after all that expense and it still wouldn't work, they asked my husband, "What is your altitude?" and found out that if you are over 4500 feet it doesn't work at all!!!! So now I am having to send it back, but they are paying for the shipping, but it took almost two weeks to get it in the first place, so how long before I get my money back?????

Discount Personal Mini Fridge Cooler / Warmer BLACK
I thought that this would be a good gift for my brother-in-law's home office. He always likes a cool drink at hand. First of all I didn't particularly care about the condition when it arrived. It definitely didn't look new with a number of fingernail scratches on the top in the handle area although the box it came in seemed unmolested and the packing seemed original. The black finish also looked hazy. This product is also billed as an "office" cooler but the inside caution sheet said that it had to be turned off after a few hours "or damage will occur". Their description here at Amazon says 10 hours but I don't recall seeing that when I ordered this as a Christmas gift. So you have to babysit this thing all day to make sure it doesn't die? Not much of a "office" cooler. It is also a bit noisy with the fan in the back being loud. It uses the same fan as your average computer case so you'd think it would be about as loud as that. But it's louder.
Overall, I wouldn't do this product again for what I intended, keeping drinks cool at the office. Maybe for the car or something but it's really kind of stupid design for that use.

Unbelievable. My wife and I needed something on the same floor as our baby's room. And then after about 3 months of use, IT CAUGHT ON FIRE!!! We had a dinner party and I smelled smoke! It was just about to burst into flames and I caught it. It made some kind of high-pitched buzzing noise and then lit up like a fuse. Good thing it was 6P in the afternoon! Craziness. And the sh-t is made in China, so good luck getting a refund.Best Deals for Personal Mini Fridge Cooler / Warmer BLACK
They don't make it very clear, but there IS a time limit on this mini fridge. It says in Amazon's listing that you can't run it for more than 10 hours or "damage may occur." It should be made more obvious in the packaging and labeling that you can only use it for short times. I think 10 hours is being generous, since performance seems to slow earlier than that. Works okay for very short times, but that's all.Honest reviews on Personal Mini Fridge Cooler / Warmer BLACK
Although it is exactly the size as advertised, I was a bit surprised at how small it was. I wanted something a bit bigger. However, I am finding I prefer its small stature. It is perfect for use in my office as it fits nearly anywhere and also great for travel, which I do quite frequently. It keeps my son's milk cold enough, which is why I purchased it. I have not yet used the heating feature. Just be careful: the black box on the cord can get hot.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Personal Mini Fridge Cooler / Warmer BLACK
I needed something small to keep a few things chilled while at work. Without wanting to make the trek to the kitchen at the other end of the bldg., I am able to keep this in my cubicle overhead bin. I can fit a couple of soda's, sandwich, yogurt etc. cold. It's very convenient!Thursday, January 8, 2015

Our old wine refrigerator finally quit on us and we needed a replacement. That one was a small black refrigerator that we kept in the garage. This time we wanted something that would look nice in the house and fit our decor. From the photos and the limited reviews that we could find the Rutherford Wine Bar seemed like a good bet. But, of course, you never know until you can see it in person and our concern was that it would look cheap once we got it. Not to worry, we were very pleased to see that this is a very nice piece of furniture and fits well in our house. This really is very nice and my wife loves the marble top.
It has two separate side by side refrigeration units built into one cabinet with a lighted wine glass storage area above. These are thermoelectric refrigeration units so they will never get really cold. I have them set at their coldest setting (the units do not show a specific temperature setting just a dial that lets you set the units between the minimum to maximum settings)and measuring with a refrigerator thermometer, the temperature is maintained in the mid-50's F at this setting. I understand that thermoelectric units can only bring temperatures down about 20 degree F so this seems about right. This is plenty good for short to medium term storage.
We bought this from Wayfair through Amazon and the delivery was on time. The driver only brought it into the garage so we had to unpack and bring it into the house ourselves. This is very heavy and my son and I struggled to get it to its spot over hardwood floors without damaging the unit or the floors. It definitely takes two and preferably three people to move this. I must say I was impressed with how well this unit was packed. Lots of thick foam padding, cardboard and MDF. No scratches, dents or dings at all.
I would definitely recommend this if its size and style meet your needs.
They admit the cooler I have does not work at all. They admit they no longer sell the refrigeration units used in this cooler. They "offered" to send me the units they currently sell, which cool red and white in the same unit, but I have to install the new refrigerators myself, and they claim there is no warranty on this unit because they choose which of the vendors selling their units they will or will not cover with the advertised manufacturer's warranty. How ridiculous is that?
When you disagree with their business practices, their representative insults you personally. This company should not be in business.

This cooler is supposed to cool to 45 degrees. The unit I have, new and out of the box, "cools" to 67. Tresanti admits the advertisement that this unit cools to 45 is "wrong", and the resellers that are providing that lie to consumers get that false information directly from Tresanti and their parent company Twin Star. They admit the cooler I have does not work at all. The left door is broken and we still have not recieved the replacement that was scheduled to be here on Dec.12.Honest reviews on Rutherford Wine Cabinet in Vintage Cherry DC387C233-3641
I ordered this and it arrived several days earlier than promised. I was impressed with the quality, it runs very quietly and looks impressive. My only complaint is that there is no light inside the areas where the wine is stored. There is a light on the area which holds wine glasses etc., which is nice, but a light inside the cooling areas would help read the labels.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Rutherford Wine Cabinet in Vintage Cherry DC387C233-3641
The top section is tall enough to have my tallest glasses hanging upside down and holds 3 in each section. The color is a beautiful cherry. The marble top is more of a marble veneer in that it is small thin sections, not one heavy piece. Very typical of this price point. Our bar and bedroom set has the same type of top. The only warning I would give is that pinot bottles are too big for it, so champagne would most likely not fit either. Has three plug ins (one for each of the two refrigerators and 1 for the light in the top section where the glasses hang. There is also a nice small light in the fridges, so at night there is a really nice soft glow coming from within.Thursday, November 20, 2014
Buy Sun Cloud Solar Comfort KD8000 Portable Infrared Heater, Basic
This product was delivered on time, no broken or missing parts and packaged well. Instructions were clear and product was easy to put together. Product produces a good amount of heat and in my opinion does use less electricity. I do not feel that product is able to heat the area claimed in the advertisement. All in all I am pleased with the purchase.
"The Solar Comfort has lower operating and maintenance costs." Compared to what? This is a throwaway line. Since there is no qualifying statement it is meaningless. Calling it "Solar" is stupid too, by the way.
"There is only one moving part, the fan motor, and is equipped with quality trouble free controls." They toss this out there as if this is a big deal. It isn't. Most electric space heaters have one moving part: Of course it's the fan. Some electric space heaters have zero moving parts. Does that make them better than this one? And most electric space heaters have the same type of controls that this one does. Whoop dee doo.
"There are no burners to rust, corrode or adjust; no pilot light to waste energy." This is really comparing apples to oranges. It's true. There are no burners or pilot lights with this unit. But it isn't going to heat your whole house like a traditional furnace does, either. As a side note: Furnace and boiler manufacturers quit using pilot lights a couple of decades back.
"Safe, clean, long-life infrared lamps provide the heat energy and are replaced easily and inexpensively. (Average lamp life is 5000+ hours or approximately 3-5 years)." They say this like it's an advantage or something. Light bulbs burn out. In my book that's a nuisance. The heating elements in traditional (and vastly cheaper) electric space heaters almost never burn out. Light bulb life is drastically reduced by vibration and since this heater is portable (and has "one moving part"), the notion that you are going to get 5000+ hours per bulb is ridiculous.
"The Solar Comfort is constructed of lifetime metals, copper, galvanized steel and aluminum." Again, big deal... so is just about anything else out there. I mean, seriously, what else are you going to construct a heater out of? Tissue paper?
"The Solar Comfort provides even heat distribution and warmer floors. The Solar Comfort thermostatically controls, circulates and recycles heated air at the floor for maximum use and comfort. The floor to ceiling temperature differential is minor." This is utter nonsense and implies that it defies the laws of physics. Warm air rises. Cool air settles to the floor. I guess if you left the dinky little fan on you might get a tiny bit less temperature deviation between floor and ceiling but you sacrifice electricity (to drive the fan) to get that done.
"Solar Comfort zone heating does not remove humidity from the air, it actually helps to maintain humidity levels. Water does not readily condense on windows as with conventional systems. Even heating and humidity provide more comfort at lower heat settings with less static electricity." Total BS. I mean it: These are pure lies. No heater can remove humidity from the air. Winter air is drier than summer air and that's just a fact of life on planet Earth. Dehumidification can only be accomplished by chilling air below its dew point. You see this when water forms on the outside of a glass of ice water. It's why you use coasters. Heating air NEVER lowers humidity. Oh yeah, the only type of heater that could possibly cause condensation on windows would be a "ventless" gas heater. That's because one of the products of combustion (with any fossil fuel) is water vapor. Most gas (or oil) fired heating appliances are vented. This means that all of the combustion gases (including water vapor) are vented to the outdoors. Static electricity is a function of lower humidity levels that, as mentioned, are just part of winter weather. The Solar Comfort space heater has ZERO effect on humidity. It can't do anything else.
"As the Solar Comfort operates, you will notice that its heating ability does not depend on a high-speed flow of air. Instead, its gentle airflow promotes more effective heat mixing action and air stability at the floor. Soft heat." First of all, there is no such thing as "soft heat." When marketing people make up crap like this it's because they think you are stupid and will swallow anything they feed you. As for the rest of it: No, its heating ability has zero to do with air flow. The same amount of heat is produced regardless of air speed. They do, however, have to drive the air very slowly because so little heat is being produced. If they drove the air faster it would seem cooler (even though the same heat is there) and that's not a very good feature. So they drive the air very slowly so that the dinky heat output feels warm.
"The Solar Comfort does not burn, dry out or otherwise pollute the air with impurities. This protects the humidity level and air quality important to health and breathing comfort." Other than the aforementioned "ventless" gas heaters, NO heater pollutes the air with impurities. And NO heater burns air. You can't. Air isn't a fuel. It's an oxidizer which means that it is needed for fuels to burn. But you can't burn air. It simply isn't possible. And again, as previously mentioned, you can't affect humidity levels with heat.
So that's it. Those are their "selling points." Pretty impressive BS, right?
Here's the deal: This heater isn't any better at heating a space than any other (significantly cheaper) electric space heater. You get to heat one room in your house with this thing. That's it: One room. So in order to get the so-called savings you have to live like a peasant in some third world people's paradise and let the rest of your house freeze. This is the United States of America! If you have to live like that to save a few bucks on utilities then maybe you have more house than you can afford. And if you want to shell out several hundred bucks for a 1500 watt heater well, that's your business. Just don't say you weren't warned.

I have a 200 square foot poorly insulated space (its a solarium addition ie three walls of double paned glass). I figured with the claims of being able to heat 600 sq feet this unit would more than compensate for all the windows. NOPE had to return it. I purchased four (ugly) baseboard units and that did the trick.Best Deals for Sun Cloud Solar Comfort KD8000 Portable Infrared Heater, Basic
There is most obviously a lot of money to be made off of people who are just convinced that you always get what you pay for... in this case, four hundred bucks just HAS to result in amazing comfort at mere pennies a day to operate. Well, I hate to be the bearer of bad news... well, no, that's not exactly correct... I actually get a kick out of debunking these stupid things... but, this heater is not magical. There isn't a little leprechaun or genie inside of it that spits out heat for nothing. And yet, this is what the seller would have you believe. Let's take a look at their product description line by line:"The Solar Comfort has lower operating and maintenance costs." Compared to what? This is a throwaway line. Since there is no qualifying statement it is meaningless. Calling it "Solar" is stupid too, by the way.

Honest reviews on Sun Cloud Solar Comfort KD8000 Portable Infrared Heater, Basic
hi, I also live in upstate new york where the temperture can get down to zero and lower...... first let me say for the price $349.00 it's cheaper than a enden pure unit ! it is made solid and uses four screw in infared 375 wATT BULBS. ( the bulbs can be purchased on amazon.com for $ 6.54 each. WHICH IF YOU HAD TO CHANGE ONE IT TAKE FIVE MINUTES. the unit is bigger in size than an enden pure unit and double the weight. now lets get real here , this unit can not heat your house from a cold start..... my wifes hair dryer puts out 1800 watts. the way these unit work is first heat your room or area up by your home heating unit, let say 75 degrees.... once the area has been heated and i mean heated for a day or so, now place the infared unit in place and turn it up to the highest setting, now cut your home thermostat down to 58 or 60 degrees the infared heater will now maintain your room to that set setting or higher with out having your home heating system come on. I've been using this sun could unit for years and they work fine. today the cost of electrcity is cheaper than oil and lp gas. the best way i can tell you how they work is when you get in your car on a cold morning it may take twenty minutes for the car to get warm , now when your car is warm cut the car heater off wait for the car to get cold again now put the heater back on......you will be warm in only five minutes or less . i hope this help someone out there ... and sun cloud or solar comfort is the only unit i recomend.Saturday, October 25, 2014

My old air conditioner has a temperature knob that unfortunately was broken to pieces due to old age, just a few weeks ago. I know it would be almost impossible to find the identical replacement knob locally or through the manufacturer, neither did have the time to be driving up and down looking for a replacement knob for an old air conditioner.. so as usual anytime I need something that might be unavailable elsewhere: the first place I checked is Amazon.com. And sure enough I saw these knobs. I ordered them and in no time they arrived at my house. It certainly fitted on my air conditioner shaft without a problem, and I was very happy not having to use the pliers anymore to rotate temperature knob. There's one catch to this particular knob, it will fit almost any "knob shaft" like it's name implies, but as far as the orientation marks on the knob, lining up with the corresponding marks on the appliance, that will definitely be dependent on "luck" or chance, since every manufacturer of appliances have the flat spot on their shaft according to design. Therefore there is no guarantee that orientation marks you see on these knobs will necessarily line up with the pointer for the markings on your appliance. In my case they did not line up,but nonetheless I added my own marks that corresponds to the new orientation, since I was mainly looking for just a knob to turn the AC shaft to the different temperature level, and this little does that fine. You can't have your cake and eat it,this is a generic knobs, so it's name doesn't really imply the reality of it capability;s full functionality, but will wprk in most if not all cses in replacing an appliance knob.

The knob is only suited for appliances where the shaft you are attaching the knob to extends beyond the surface where the knob seats. It includes a set screw for gripping the shaft and you might need access to tighten the set screw when seated on the shaft. My AC unit has a recessed shaft that this knob could not reach. So useless. Nice little knobs, two in a pack. 1 1/8" diameter x 5/8" high. The hole is actually a round hole 1/4" in diameter, so if you need a knob for a 1/4" square shaft (like I did), you'll need to enlarge it. I drilled it to 3/8" and then it worked well.Honest reviews on Fitz All 1345 appliance knobs.
I got these knobs to replace my broken crock pot knob. I thought I had read the dimensions correctly before purchasing, but apparently not. When these arrived, I realized they were entirely too small for my crock pot and really too small for anything else in my kitchen that might need replacement knobs. As such, I'm not really sure what they are supposed to replace and I do not recommend them.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for Fitz All 1345 appliance knobs.

I did not order this product via Amazon but through another source. Because I was new to dehydrators I was not certain how much time it took for things to dry. I did a lot of research: read a lot and spoke to a lot of people who worked regularly w/ dehydrators. I figured there was a learning curve and I used the machine for a number of months, rarely getting the results I expected. I finally realized the motor/heat gauge on my dehydrator was malfunctioning and sent it back. I was sent another one and it arrived with the temp control knob broken off and no way to fix it. The knob had been attached with a incorrect component that was too short to fit from the knob into the dehydrator. (Also, the shelves had not been packed "evenly" and it was amazing they hadn't broken.) The next dehydrator I received was packed well, but there was one small screw and washer inside the machine, floating around, not attached to anything, and it was unclear where exactly it came from. I began using the dehydrator anyway, it seemed to work the first two days, but then it developed a rattle and the temp gauge again seems to be wrong. 105 degrees is very cool air. I do need to say I haven't put a thermometer inside to check.
I feel like I bought a loser. I don't know who is assembling these simple machines, but it does not seem as if they are trained well. I can not vouch for the temp control. Simple crackers take beyond 40 hours to dry. I would go with a different brand if I did this again.
I have finally given it a break since I got it set up, and I have made some grawnola, bananas, apples, flax crackers, and a few other dried veggies for snacks and it has done an amazing job.
I am sure someone will get one with a bad motor, or danaged tray at some point and give it bad reviews, but I personally enjoy it and think it was a wise investment.
I have an email I received from Customer service that I will update with a few of the tidbits from it later.
I would just caution to be aware.

Be warned with 12 sq ft of drying space this is a sizeable counter top addition, I dislike that you cannot just turn it on and let it run, you have to set the timer for it to start running, but that is a nice safety feature (I can be forgetful)I have finally given it a break since I got it set up, and I have made some grawnola, bananas, apples, flax crackers, and a few other dried veggies for snacks and it has done an amazing job.
I am sure someone will get one with a bad motor, or danaged tray at some point and give it bad reviews, but I personally enjoy it and think it was a wise investment.

I actually own 6 of these units (I dry fruits and vegetables for farmer's markets). Needless to say, owning 6 of them...these machines are marvelous. I have never had one go out on me (and in all reality, the construction of these is pretty simple...heating element, a fan, racks, and a timer). The space in the racks is perfect. The units run out quietly. I am a 100% believer in the STX Dehydra and would recommend them to any person looking to acquire a reliable and affordable entry-level dehydrator.Honest reviews on Good4U 10 Tray Dehydrator with 40 Hour Digital Timer - Black
I love the functionality of this unit but I have had it for about 4 years and every year something else stops working. Now they have been good thus far about reparing this unit for the three times I have already had to send it back but this time I am just done. Good4U customer service is FAR from service. I actually had an employee practically yelling at me on the phone and told me the phones were for vendors and customers needed to send emails. REALLY???? Well as my unit no longer powers on (the same issue I had just about one year ago) it unfortunately is going to end up in a land fill unless I cand find someone local to look at it. After paying shipping three times already Im not sure how much more Im willing to put into this unit.I have an email I received from Customer service that I will update with a few of the tidbits from it later.
I would just caution to be aware.

I've used this product ALOT. I have made my own beef jerky and dried fruits. I have probably saved the amount of money I spent on the Dehydrator with as much jerky as I have made. It works well and I put the trays in the dish washer. Overall great product.Tuesday, April 15, 2014

I had a great floor fan with remote for several years and was very happy with it, but, alas, it died. I purchased this Dyson, because I have been pleased with their vacuum cleaners. And it is a technological marvel.
However, there are a few things perspective buyers should know: it is called an "Air Multiplier" not a "Fan" per se. The difference is there are no blades to move the air. Dyson says this "eliminates the "choppiness" from fan blades". The best way to describe the difference in air movement is with a regular fan you feel the air being "fanned" upon you, with the Dyson Air Multiplier you feel the air just blowing on you. Imagine the difference between someone "fanning" you with a leafy palm branch vs. just blowing air on you). I have come to realize that I prefer the "choppiness" of fan blades because the more the air is agitated
as it is augmented, the more your skin feels the air currents and the better for the evaporation of sweat and the disipation of heat. But that's just my opinion on the best cooling air movements. It is quieter at lower speeds, but noisy (like a jet engine whine) at top speeds. The remote is very small and has only three buttons, one for on/off; one for variable fan speeds (just up or down, no pre-set low, med, high); and one to oscillate. (My old fan's remote was larger and included a temperature gauge to tell you the room's temperature and it also had a light for night use). But the worst design flaw in this product is that the remote's receiving sensor is in the base of the unit(right down on the floor). So, because I have a rather high bed, I have to sit up in bed and aim the remote down towards the floof to adjust the speed or turn the unit on of off, etc. That really seems to me to be a glaring design flaw in a fan that costs over $350 dollars.
BOTTOM LINE: It's not a FAN, it's an "Air Multiplier", that blows on you instead of fanning you. I would
recommend waiting until they improve the design of the remote control.
The Tower fan is great for the Living Room or family room for it stays more compact (slim and low profile) and spreads the air less concentrated on one area.(high and low)There is no adjustments that can be made on this fan, meaning no tilting or bringing the unit up and down. What you see it what you get.
The Pedestal fan is great for our bedroom; we have a really high bed. At the highest point of the pedestal fan it's even to where we lay. Since the Fan is more like a standard oscillating fan, the air is more concentrated to one area, so at night we through it on medium to low and let it keep us cool at night. The pedestal fan can be adjusted to the height by simply pushing it down or pulling up on the actually circle part of the fan. (The frame tube extends or compresses very handy and fast to do) Also this fan has a tilt. (The circle head part can be aimed where you want it) This fan is a little bulkier needs more room then the tower fan. (Due to the adjustments and the diameter or the circle part when oscillating)
On both models the High setting does a lot of air, at a louder noise. We joke about it and say the jet is taking off, for the fan does lean back a little when we turn the knob up. Set up of both fans is quick and very easy
The remotes are very handy and awesome. To store the remote it's a magnet in the fan and in the remote, so just lay the remote on the fan and it sticks
Overall Great Fans, if you can get over the Price of a $450 fan, you will be happy with it. They do have a 2 year warranty with Dyson, so that is nice. Our fans always break after 1 summer; these fans have been going strong for 1 year now, still no problems.
Both fans have the same amount of air coming through them on high settings, so there no difference in power between the two models.
I love the look of the fan, and I would not trade my Dyson Vacuum cleaner for any other brand. But, unlike my vacuum cleaner which is designed to suck in a good way; the AM03 does so in a bad way.
The Amazon experience and the folks Buy Happier could not be any better. I am completely pleased with the buying experience. The product, however, fails to measure up.
It has a nice industrial feel with the plastic and aluminum housing. The weight is light enough to be portable but also sturdy enough to hold the fan in place on max speed. The fan has many speed settings and can be set easily by the remote or the actual base. As far as noise on normal settings its relatively quiet, but if you do turn it all the way up the swoosh of the air is audible. To give you an idea if I turn the fan to max and stand about 10-12 feet away it generates around 8-9db of white noise (my flat with windows open is at 51db and the fan at full was 59).
So one question might be can you tell a difference with this choppy air claim, and to be honest I really can't. It may feel a bit softer but that could be placebo. It will generate a good amount of air though.
The fan itself is easy to adjust, less obtrusive than a traditional fan and unless you step in front of the air flow path you wouldn't even know its on. I personally like the fact that when in operation only a circle around the power button faintly glows blue.
If you like minimalist, don't want your view blocked, or enjoy "mac" style engineering this probably is a safe bet for you.
Just as an FYI the power cord termination has a fuse built in so it might be wise to get a spare or at least be aware of it if your fan stops working.

Despite the ridiculous price, any serious fan-atic will appreciate this insanely simple device. The breeze is adjustable, the white noise is perfect for sleeping, and it just feels cool to own one. In pictures it looks like a bulky, heavy piece of equipment, but it's actually more plastic than metal, making it very lightweight (a plus from a mobility standpoint, a questionable minus from a structural standpoint). But I am pleased with everything about it. It it were 200 bucks I'd have one in every room.Honest reviews on Dyson AM03 Pedestal Fan, Silver
The Dyson AM03 is a beautifully designed, yet poorly engineered product. One would think for $450 retail (and even for $299 on sale), that the fan would have outstanding engineering. The designers did their job, the engineers failed to consider at least one important factor in inventing a portable fan. Fans need not only cool, but should not raise the ambient noise level in a room so high that persons must raise their voices to be heard over the fan. On high the fan sounds like a jet liner taking off.I love the look of the fan, and I would not trade my Dyson Vacuum cleaner for any other brand. But, unlike my vacuum cleaner which is designed to suck in a good way; the AM03 does so in a bad way.

I bought this fan on a bit of a whim. I live in San Francisco so it never gets incredibly hot but a fan is a welcome addition when we do have warmer days. So far this fan has performed better than I expected. The fan is definitely expensive but is easy to see where your money went. The unboxing reminded me of buying a Mac computer. It was elegantly packaged, concise and easy to understand. Putting the unit together took less than 5 minutes and has great fit and finish (like you would expect from a $300 fan).It has a nice industrial feel with the plastic and aluminum housing. This worked great for a Party that I had for around 50 people. There was no odor what so ever, (that was one of my worries) and it kept everything a a good temp. It was very solid and I will be able to use it again in the future. I cleaned everything and it fit perfectly back in it's box for the next use.

it worked just well for a party of 30, the fuel was enough for 3-4 hours and kept the food piping hot.Best Deals for 33 piece Buffet Chafer Chafing Serving Kit & Food Warmers - 3

We used it for an outdoor party; everything stayed warm for hours. We were even able to wash some of the pans for reuse. I would, however, recommend buying extra half-size pans; we used quite a few extras having second pans of food ready, and for lids on those already warming. I also bought an extra package (6) fuel canisters but ended up not needing them. Good to have on hand anyway. Plastic serving utensils are flimsy plan on using something stronger. All in all, a great purchase and I would recommend it highly.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for 33 piece Buffet Chafer Chafing Serving Kit & Food Warmers - 3
I used this set to serve 40 guests for a catered BBQ dinner for over 40 guests and it worked perfectly. I had 4 hot dishes to keep warm and used the third pan 2 of the cold sides. It was very sturdy and the casual look was appropriate for the occasion. I bought additional pans and used them for covers until I was ready to serve. The serving utensils were sturdy enough to be washed and will be re-used. The water pan got a little discolored from the heat of the sterno, but I don't believe this will affect the future use, and of course no one can see that piece. I should have partially covered the flame on the sterno earlier than I did. Clean up was super easy unless you want to wash the pans that hold the food, which is not worth it, in my opinion. I'll be using this again.
